Individual Hikes: Do you have a special wish? Would you like to discover new and unknown places off the marked trails? Would you like the company of someone who can show you the little wonders of nature, take care of your safety and turn your hiking day into an unforgettable experience?
Nordic Walking: Fitness that feels good. You will learn the basic techniques of this new healthy workout and at the same time explore the beautiful nordic walking trails in the surroundings. Nordic walking is a whole-body compensation training for endurance, strength and fitness. It relieves the joints and also happens to be the perfect exercise for uncomplicated weight reduction.
I can offer you private lessons or, for a group of minimum 6 persons, a nordic walking taster course of 7 units (1h30 each)
